3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when requesting quotes or booking services
  • Ensure safe and accessible working conditions for our cleaning staff
  • Notify us of any special requirements, hazards, or concerns at your facility
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
  • Provide reasonable notice for any changes or cancellations

You are responsible for ensuring that our staff can access the facility at scheduled times. Any delays or missed appointments due to access issues may result in rescheduling fees.

4. Booking and Cancellation

Booking Process: Services can be scheduled through our website, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our team.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full service amount
  • For recurring services, cancellation of the entire contract requires 30 days written notice

Rescheduling: You may reschedule with at least 24 hours notice at no additional charge, subject to availability.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement:

  • One-time Services: Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
  • Recurring Services: Invoices are issued monthly, with payment due within 15 days
  • Accepted Methods: Credit card, debit card, bank transfer, check, or other methods as agreed

Late Payments: Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances.

6. Liability and Warranties

Service Warranty: If you are not satisfied with our service, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address any issues at no additional charge.

Insurance: Cleaning Services maintains general liability insurance and workers’ compensation insurance for all employees. We are bonded and insured for your protection.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
  • We are not responsible for damage to items not disclosed to us prior to service
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear

Customer Property: We recommend securing or removing valuable, fragile, or sentimental items before our arrival. We are not responsible for loss or damage to such items unless caused by gross negligence.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur if:

  • Either party breaches these Terms or the service agreement
  • Payment obligations are not met
  • Safety concerns arise that cannot be resolved

Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Cleaning Services or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
