For core NYC areas (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, Staten Island) there are no travel or zone surcharges -- our pricing is based purely on scope of work. For extended areas (Long Island, Westchester, parts of New Jersey), minor travel fees may apply for smaller one-time jobs, but recurring contracts typically absorb this into the base rate.
Absolutely. Multi-location accounts are one of our specialties. You get a single point of contact, consolidated invoicing, and consistent service standards across every facility -- whether you have two locations or twenty. Pricing scales favorably for multi-site contracts.
For our core NYC coverage areas, new recurring service can typically begin within 1 to 3 business days. Extended areas may take 5 to 7 days depending on crew availability. Emergency and one-time jobs in core areas can often be accommodated same-day based on scheduling.
Call us anyway. Coverage is more flexible than the map suggests, especially for larger facilities, multi-site accounts, or longer-term contracts. If you are within 10 to 15 miles of our listed areas, there is a strong chance we can accommodate you with standard pricing.
Yes. Every service region has a dedicated supervisor who lives in or near the area and conducts regular on-site quality inspections. This local accountability is what makes our service consistent across every borough and county we serve.
Yes. Stable, consistent crews are something we prioritize -- especially for offices and medical facilities where familiarity matters. We assign a primary team to your account and only rotate crews for coverage during vacations or illness, with advance notice whenever possible.
