4. Booking and Cancellation

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost
- No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full service amount
- For recurring services, cancellation of the entire contract requires 30 days written notice
Rescheduling: We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice at no additional charge, subject to availability.
5. Payment Terms

- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
- We are not responsible for damage to items that were not disclosed to us prior to service
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear on facilities or furnishings
Customer Property: While we exercise care when cleaning your facility, we recommend securing or removing valuable, fragile, or sentimental items before our arrival. We are not responsible for loss or damage to such items unless caused by gross negligence.
Disclaimer: Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as specifically stated in your service agreement.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with written notice as specified in the contract (typically 30 days). Immediate termination may occur if:
- Either party breaches these Terms or the service agreement
- Payment obligations are not met
- The working relationship becomes untenable
- Safety concerns arise that cannot be resolved
Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. Any prepaid amounts for services not yet rendered will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Cleaning Services or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
